Had a fun week - shot a video for our new single Jay at one of our favourite bars on the planet - The Cargigan Bar in Sandgate. We are again working with Hayden Lowry, we first met Hayden many years ago when he produced our 'Johnny" video and we have worked with him ever since.
The Shoot for Jay was a little different in that we did'nt have a locked in script or board to work with - just a couple of ideas and a strong reference video. We really enjoyed the workshopping of ideas throiugh the shoot and we are really looking forward to the end result.
The song is about a friend who we sadly lost unepectatntly, and whilst this is very sad we did not want the video to be overly sombre - Jay certainly wouldn't have wanted that.
JAY is released on March 17 and the video will be released shortly after - it is going to be a bit of a different video for us and we can't wait to get it out into the world.
